You don’t have to be a robot to earn a decent salary, but you might be surprised to learn there are ways to pay the bills on the job without being a robot.
We all know that robots are about to be the most important part of our future, but do you know how much it can cost?
According to research by Credit Suisse and The Economist, the average salary for a software engineer is now £26,000, and the average salaries of those who work in manufacturing are now higher at £43,000.
But the research also showed that the average wage for an electrical engineer is around £21,000 while the average for a mechanical engineer is £28,000.
“The report points out that while the cost of living is a major factor in whether a person earns a decent wage, there are other factors that can make a difference, such as the type of job they have, the type and quantity of training they have and their age.
